We had our second field trip of the year yesterday! We took a trip to Main Street Theater to see a production of “Goodnight Moon”. The children had a wonderful time and enjoyed the humor and acting throughout the show. They also looked lovely and grown-up in their dress uniforms, which were completely appropriate for attending the theater.
At the end of the show, the actors came out and did a Q n A with the children, where they asked creative and thought provoking questions like “Why was the show different from the book?”, “How did you make the things on the stage move without touching them?”, and “How did the actors know when they were supposed to come on stage?”. Main Street Theater specializes in productions for children, and this latest show was another wonderful job! Check out more pictures below.
